2. User Accounts
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
3. Marketplace and App Usage
- The marketplace allows users to browse, purchase, and arrange delivery from participating stores.
- The Shopper app allows users to accept shopping tasks from the marketplace.
- The Driver app allows users to accept delivery tasks from the marketplace.
- ArmYum is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by participating stores or for the actions of individuals.
4. Payments and Fees
Payments for orders are processed securely through third-party providers. You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of the services.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel an order within the time allowed by each store's specific policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued according to the store's terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
ArmYum provides the platform " as is" and makes no warranties, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our platform.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities while using the ArmYum platform. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the ArmYum platform is owned by or licensed to ArmYum and may not be used for commercial purposes without written consent.
